Engine 31 responded this afternoon for a vehicle fire in the 3-49 box. At 15:58, the tones sounded for the truck on fire in the 13900 block of Triadelphia Rd. Upon arrival E31 found a pickup truck in a yard with the engine compartment fully involved. 31's crew pulled the bumper line and made quick work of the fire. The truck's owner stated that he had recently installed a new engine.
