| The new Tower 3, which is being built by E-One in Ocala, Florida, is nearing completion and marks the final stages of a multi-year project. The initiative began under the leadership of Chief Mickey Day, who passed away in 2024. The Tower project reflects the dedication and efforts of the Tower Committee and other individuals who worked to bring it to fruition.
New Tower 3 is an E-One Cyclone HP 100 powered by a Cummins X15 605 HP motor with an Allison EVS 4500 automatic transmission.
With delivery expected in late June, the WFVFD is preparing to place Tower 3 into service soon. The department extends its gratitude to all community members whose donations and support made this project possible.
